Chapel Farms Newquay LTD has been an established family run business in Newquay, Cornwall since 1959. Over the years the company supplied doorstep and wholesale milk deliveries to local shops, hotels and catering establishments.

Sarah Orchard is the Events Coordinator for the company and looks after the booking of your event - ensuring everything is in place. Sarah is a Personal Licence Holder and is CRB checked. She is also a First Aider. Sarah is more than happy to assist with the planning/organising of your event. We have many different supplier contact details around Cornwall which may be of interest to you. From planning her own wedding back in 2014, Sarah understands just how much there is to organise to create a perfect day for everyone to enjoy and how much time it consumes.
Sarah has a little boy called Oliver and Husband David. Sarah is Vice-Chairperson for Newquay Stage Company and in her spare time, she enjoys performing in musicals with Newquay Amateur Stage Company and choreographing routines for them for their shows. She has been a member of this company for 15 years.
We offer out our land for you to hold your function or event, Whether it be a wedding, social event or children's birthday party, there is plenty of space for your bespoke event. The field is located just off the A392 (on the right hand side of the road if you're heading into Newquay, Cornwall), just before you reach Hendra Holiday Park. It has lovely views of the countryside as well as views overlooking Newquay - you can even see the sea. There is easy access from the main road with no country lanes to struggle along and car parking is available in the field. Vehicles can be left in the field overnight but must be collected by 12 noon the day after the event. Even though the field is next to a main road we can assure you that this will not affect your event, the lower left hand side area of the field is the best spot for you to have your event, It is a sheltered and quiet spot away from the main road. Clients are allowed five days usage of the field if necessary for setting up/clearing away the event. The field also has its own water supply and we can provide Haybales as seating for your event too! At our Venue, we can offer more than just our events field, we have our own Toilet Trailer which clients can have use of for their event or special occasion, no need to worry about hiring in portable toilets. Our Toilet Trailer has two female toilet cubicles and a sink area and in the men’s side there are two urinals, one toilet cubicle and a sink area. We also own a 6 x 10 metre white Marquee which clients can have use off for their bespoke event. It is an ideal size where party food and drink can be set up or perhaps somewhere to hold smaller disco parties and evening entertainment in – the choice is yours!
